What are your strengths and weaknesses?
These questions need to be answered with caution. When telling them about your accomplishments, choose an example from your past that was positive for the company at the time. When telling them about your strengths, don’t just choose just one in this category. Things like leadership skills, organizational skills, and how you work with others are all positive.
When discussing your weakness, be honest. Only give one example here and describe how you were able to overcome it. This will tell them you are being truthful and genuine.

Employers want to know if you get along well with others and find out if †you are a team player.A: Once again keep it short and positive. Hit the highlights of the good things your previous (or current) employer and coworkers have said about you and maybe throw in an example that shows you to be a team player.
5.Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 year? Ah! A tricky query that is really asking if you have goals and ambitions.A: Tread lightly on this one and be honest. You don’t want to intimidate your interviewer and make them think you will go after their job as soon as possible if hired. Make your goals plain, simple and realistic and avoid be presumptuous even if the interviewer seems to like you. That’s their job.
